Grant writing

Since 2020 our staff have written 34 funded applications: 22 CDBG, 7 REBA, 3 EDGE, 1 RSDI and 1 OneGeorgia Equity. Water and sewer improvements, streets and drainage, senior centers, a Boys & Girls Club.

Grant administration

Since 2012 our staff have administered 88 awards: 48 CDBG, 20 REBA, 9 OneGeorgia Equity, 7 EDGE, 3 Redevelopment Fund and 1 EIP. This includes Davis-Bacon certified payroll review, Uniform Act assistance, drawdowns, reporting and closeout.

Where the work has been

Cities, counties and development authorities across west, middle, north and coastal Georgia. Water and sewer systems, downtowns, senior centers and industrial sites.

Callie Smith, Project Manager. Research and writing for project development, environmental assessments, grant writing and CDBG benefit documentation.

Sara Thomas, Grants Manager. Manages awards from the day of award through closeout, including Davis-Bacon certified payroll review and Uniform Act assistance.
